  • a list of professional products that serve as evidence of competence
  • assignments for workgroups to develop criteria for the assessments of the products

Tuesday, 25ht February

  • 12.30 Welcome & Coffee & Hello
  • 13.00 – 18.30 We should agree for one competence framework document (Version 1.0). All the work on the competences from the different workgroups should be reviewed by the whole group. At the end of the reviewing we should have one approved document with all the competences. This will be the base for further development so no major changes should be done in the future.

Wednesday, 26th February

  • 09.00 – 13.00 Workshop/Open Space: Based on the competence framework workgroup think about professional products the show the competence of a youth worker. How can you see that someone is competent in the use of social media and mobile devices while working with young people? An example: create a save work profile on Facebook with all the security settings.
  • 14.00 – 15.30 state of affairs of the accompanying student groups from Germany, Belgium …
  • 16.00 – 17.30 state of affairs of the “Sound boarding” with youth work organisations (How we going to control everything that we did in the meetings. How to check with real youth workers and young people? Every partner needs a soundboard for the outcomes of the partnership, for all the products that we develop in the meetings. A pilot/testing/reviewing by youth workers and/or young people)
  • 17.30 – open end Do we already have ideas for future projects? (EU Erasmus+ programme is available, applications for strategic partnerships have to be turned in until end April)

Thursday, 27th February

  • 09.00-11.00 Preparing the assignments for the next phase of workgroups: criteria for the assessment of professional products. How to develop the measurement tool, what is needed. What kind of measurement tool are we going to need, questionnaire, online, offline, interview, or all of that …
  • 11.30 Planning of the next meetings (22. Apr 14 09.00-11.00 am CET online meeting, 24-26 Jun 14 Turkey, Konya)
  • 12.30 Farewell
